USAGE NOTES
Do not stand on the distance setting bars
The two distance-setting bars are designed solely for adjusting the spread of the KT stand frame and are not intended to bear weight. Thus, we have manufactured them using thin steel tubes to keep the total weight of the pull-up bar frame to a minimum.
If you stand on these bars, they may bend, rendering them unadjustable since the smaller bar will no longer fit deeply within the larger bar
Avoid exposing the KT pull-up bar stand to rain or snow
Made of alloy steel with a powder coat finish, our KT folding pull-up bar isn’t galvanized or stainless.
Its iron-based composition, while tough, is prone to rust if exposed to rain or snow. Water can seep through uncoated holes into the frame, causing internal damage. For longevity, use and store it indoors, or cover it with tarps outdoors.
Please note that our warranty does not cover rusting of the frame, bolts, or nuts caused by long-term exposure to rain or snow.
Don’t Judge Our Product’s Sturdiness by shaking it side-to-side while you are standing on the ground
Some customers, after setting up, tested the KT stand’s stability by shaking it from the ground, prematurely concluding it was unstable and unsafe, leading to unnecessary returns. However, the true test of the KT folding frame’s sturdiness is by hanging on it and performing pull-ups, not just a ground shake.
Despite its lightweight steel frame, which may wobble when shaken from the ground, the product reveals its true sturdiness under the user’s weight during workouts, as the gravity applied stabilizes the structure
Avoid acrobatics or trapeze on the KT folding stand without safety measures
Such as: put heavy things on the legs of KT folding stand frame (example, 4 sand bags, total weight each side is heavier than your body weight), ask 2 people to hold the legs, or drill and screw the legs to the ground…
The lightweight, unfixed design of the KT stand, meant for easy movement and folding, can pose risks if not properly stabilized (the legs may be lifted off the ground and the KT stand frame may topple over)
For safety, you should only swing/fly in the area formed by 4 legs of the KT folding stand frame
